1. **Refund Eligibility**: Users may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided that no course content has been accessed. After this period, refunds will not be issued. 

2. **Cancellation Process**: To cancel an enrollment, users must email contact@learnchisel.com with their request and enrollment details. 

3. **Course Transfers**: Users may request to transfer to a different course within the first 14 days, subject to availability. 

4. **No Show Policy**: Failure to attend live sessions does not qualify for a refund or transfer.
